An Illinois man will return to Grant County Court this week regarding two incidents from July of last year. 24-year-old Brandon Lee Michael Gaines of Freeport, Illinois has been charged with First Degree Sexual Assault of a Child Under Age 12 and Physical Abuse of a Child. The investigation was conducted by the Fennimore Police Department. His next court appearance is Wednesday (April 16th) Morning.
