The findings were published recently in a community health needs assessment completed using public feedback and collaborative planning by health departments and medical providers across Grant, Crawford and Lafayette counties. The assessment was completed in partnership with Grant Regional Health, Southwest Health, Gundersen Boscobel Area Hospital and Clinics, Crossing Rivers Health and the Grant and Crawford county health departments. A community survey that garnered close to 1,600 responses.
