44-year-old Danielle M. Chambers of Taylor, Wis., was arrested by Dubuque Police at 5:07 p.m. Friday near the intersection of Highway 61 and Southwest Arterial on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of introducing intoxicants or drugs into a correctional institution.
