Stoughton police located driver who hit VFW plane

Stoughton police on Wednesday identified the driver who they said crashed a semi-trailer into the display airplane at the city’s VFW. Police said a 32-year-old Massachusetts man was cited for hit-and-run. His name was not released. Stoughton police said they were able to identify the driver thanks to information gathered by witnesses, such as pictures of the vehicle and license plate information.
