The Legal Services Corporation (LSC) announced Tuesday that it is awarding Legal Action of Wisconsin a Technology Initiative Grant (TIG) in the amount of $309,134. Legal Action of Wisconsin will use this funding to create an innovative internal knowledge management system to enhance service delivery to their low-income clients. Legal Action of Wisconsin will use the grant to develop a dual-hub system for client-facing and internal materials. The organization aims to build an intuitive platform that empowers staff and improves overall efficiency in delivering legal assistance.
