The Richland County Board has a new Supervisor. Thomas Perry and Larry Engle were at Tuesday’s meeting and both expressed interest in representing District 6, which was an open seat following the resignation of Ken Rynes. Following ballot voting, Larry Engle was elected as the new County Board Supervisor for District 6.
