On Friday just after 10A.M., a Grant County Sheriff’s Deputy conducted a traffic stop on a flatbed semi on Bailey Rd in Watterstown Township for a registration violation. Upon making contact with the driver, 26-year-old Andnes Garcia Hernandez of Darlington it was discovered that Garcia Hernandez did not hold a Commercial Driver’s License or any drivers license. As a result, Garica Hernandez was charged with Operating a Commercial Motor Vehicle without a CDL. The company, J&T Concrete Construction LLC of Rewey, was also charged. The case is being referred to the Grant County District Attorney’s Office.
