During Jason Aldean’s performance on Thursday night (July 25) at the Enmarket Arena in Savannah, Georgia, a fan rushed the stage during the country star’s set. The stage crasher rushed towards Aldean, before he was “escorted off the stage,” said a representative for the Savannah Police Department. No official charges were filed against the fan, however, he was banned by both Enmarket Arena and Ticketmaster. Eyewitnesses at the show said the incident occurred during the middle of Aldean’s performance, and the man “didn’t appear to be a protester — just a fan who let his enthusiasm get the best of him.” The unruly fan was ultimately taken down hard by uniformed officers, who quickly lifted him up and dragged him off the stage, all while the band kept playing, entirely unfazed by the stage crasher. Representatives for Aldean did not release a comment on the incident. (Entertainment Weekly)
