The Sauk County Sheriff’s Office on Monday identified a man who they said died over the weekend after his truck struck a bridge and rolled into a lake. 56 year old Terry Hooker of Ironton died at the scene from injuries sustained in the crash. Deputies and EMS crews were called to the intersection of County Trunk F and Warbler Court at around 11:25 p.m. on Saturday for a report of a single-vehicle crash. First responders found that a pickup truck traveling west on County Trunk F struck a bridge before rolling into Lake Redstone and becoming partially submerged. Hooker was the driver and only occupant of the truck at the time of the crash. He died at the scene.
