On Wednesday the City of Platteville broke ground on their new fire facility on W. Adams St. The new facility was designed with the safety of firefighters in mind, as well as response times and a facility that will last for many years. Paul Budden, a co-chair of the fundraising committee for the new facility emphasized during the groundbreaking ceremony that the overall support across the district made this possible.
