A Readstown man was flown to the hospital Sunday with serious injuries following a UTV crash. According to the Vernon County Sheriff’s Office, emergency crews responded to North Glass Road just before 4 p.m. Sunday. Investigators say a UTV had crashed into a fence, overturned and ejected the driver, identified as 52-year-old Chad Crook. Crook was seriously injured in the crash and flown to the hospital via GundersenAIR, according to the sheriff’s office. There’s no word yet on his current condition. The crash is still under investigation.
