Police said one person was injured in a two-vehicle crash in Dubuque. 82-year-old James J. Thill of Dubuque, was transported by ambulance to MercyOne Dubuque Medical Center for treatment of his injuries, according to Dubuque police. A Dubuque Police Department crash report states that Thill was driving north on Locust Street at 1:50 p.m. Monday when his vehicle ran a red light, causing a collision with a vehicle driven west on 10th Street by 51-year-old Tammy A. Huntington of Dubuque. Thill’s vehicle then struck a building, causing minor damage. Thill was cited with failure to respond to a steady red light and failure to use safety belts.
