Eastman man arrested for drugs and domestic battery

On Saturday, at 3:19 a.m., the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office responded to an assault at an apartment in the Village of Eastman. The suspect, 23-year-old Jayden O’Dell of Eastman, departed from the apartment in his pickup truck prior to the arrival of law enforcement. O’Dell’s pickup truck was located, and a traffic stop was conducted on Shanghai Ridge Road. He exhibited signs of drug-related impairment. He was taken into custody and transported to the Crawford County Jail on charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of a restricted controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and domestic related battery. The Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Prairie du Chien Police Department.
