Cottingham & Butler opening Des Moines-area office

Cottingham & Butler is opening a new office in the Des Moines area. The office, opening in April, will be the Dubuque-based firm’s fourth location in Iowa. There is room for 55 staff members at the new office, located in West Des Moines.
