A man that died and a woman injured in a Dubuque County crash on Tuesday have been identified. The Dubuque County Sheriff’s Office, Iowa State Patrol and Key West Fire Department responded to the area of Highway 52 and Kemp Road around 4:30 p.m. for a three-vehicle crash. An investigation indicates a driver crossed the center line on Highway 52 South and struck another vehicle head-on, leading to a crash with a third vehicle. The drivers of two of the vehicles were trapped inside their vehicles. They were extricated, but one of them died of their injuries. The victim who died has been identified as 36-year-old Tyler Thompson of Dubuque. One of the injured victims has been identified as 52-year-old Kristin Lynch of Dubuque. The two others injured have not been identified. The crash is still under investigation.
