On Saturday at 3:15 AM, Lafayette County Deputies responded to Highway 11 in Gratiot for a one vehicle rollover. Joel Gonzalez Garcia failed to stop at a stop sign and struck the guardrail causing the vehicle to rollover. No injuries were reported. Gonzalez Garcia’s vehicle received disabling damage and was towed from the scene. Gonzalez Garcia was cited for Failure to Stop, Failure to Maintain Control, Operating without Insurance, and Operating without Valid License. Gratiot First Response, Gratiot Fire Department, and Green County EMS assisted on scene.
