The Wisconsin football staff will undergo a significant coaching change following their 16-13 loss to Oregon on Saturday. Head coach Luke Fickell Sunday relieved offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach Phil Longo of his duties, effective immediately. Longo’s tenure in Madison ends after 23 games. He joined the Badgers in January 2023, coming from North Carolina, where he had served as the Tar Heels’ offensive coordinator for four seasons. Prior to his time in Chapel Hill, Longo held the same position at Ole Miss for two years.
