The Crawford County Sheriff’s Department put out a missing and endangered person alert for a 10-year-old boy after he didn’t arrive at school Wednesday morning. The missing child’s name is Lavern Stutzman. He is White, stands around 4 feet 5 inches tall, with dirty blonde hair and brown eyes. He was last seen on rollerblades around 10 a.m. on County Road X in Soldiers Grove. He was wearing a blue shirt and black pants.
