Two people were arrested following a search of their property in Gays Mill. On Monday, the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office met with 42-year-old David Heisz and 29-year-old Anastaisa Anderson at their residence in Gays Mills. A search of the residence and vehicles for illegal narcotics was initiated. Methamphetamine, methamphetamine paraphernalia, and a controlled substance were discovered. Heisz and Anderson were arrested and transported to the Crawford County Jail on charges of possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a schedule II-controlled substance, and neglecting a child. Heisz also was charged with a probation violation.
