The Jo Daviess County Emergency Management Agency is encouraging residents to send in information about property damage that happened during Monday’s storm. A release says the Illinois Emergency Management Agency is trying to determine whether the state’s storm damage meets the threshold for a disaster declaration. The release states that information is needed “only for individuals that do not have insurance.”
