Packers name next CEO

The next successor for Mark Murphy has been announced. Ed Policy will take over as the next president and CEO in July, 2025 at the Packers Annual Meeting of Shareholders when Mark Murphy retires from the role. Policy is entering his 13th year with the Packers and seventh overall with the organization as chief operating officer. Policy’s experience includes nine years (2001-09) with the Arena Football League in which he served as the commissioner, president, and CEO from 2008-09. He earned a bachelor’s degree with honors in accounting from University of Notre Dame in 1993 and a law degree from Stanford University in 1996.
