On Tuesday, an Iowa County Sheriff’s Deputy made contact with an individual regarding a prior incident on West Keane Street in Ridgeway. As a result, 44-year-old Troy Berg of Ridgeway was arrested and charged with Substantial Battery Intending Bodily Harm, Strangulation and Suffocation, and 2-counts of Violating a Domestic Abuse Temporary Restraining Order. Berg was booked at the Iowa County Jail where he remains.
