On Sunday around 5:15 pm, Grant County Dispatch received a report of a two vehicle crash at the intersection of Highway 35/81 and Five Points Road in the town of Beetown. When deputies arrived at the scene they found that 57 year old Eric Wagner of Lancaster had failed to yield the right of way on Five Points Road and Highway 35/81 to 16 year old Nathan Koeller of Lancaster. Koeller had been westbound on Highway 35/81 when Wagner started northbound into the intersection. The vehicles collided and sustained disabling damage. Neither party was injured and both drivers had been wearing a seatbelt. Wagner was cited for Failure to Yield Right of Way from a Stop Sign. Lancaster Fire assisted with traffic control and Arrow Towing of Lancaster assisted with the removal of the vehicles
