On Monday, December 4th, the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a one-vehicle traffic crash on Buck Creek Road in the Township of Freeman. 71 year old Raydenna Knutson of Ferryville, was operating a sports utility vehicle westbound on Buck Creek Road. While negotiating a curve, she lost control, overcorrected, and crashed into a ditch. The vehicle had moderate damage and she escaped without injury. Knutson was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant. The Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Ferryville Fire Department, Ferryville First Responders, Ocooch Mountain Rescue, and Bob’s Towing Service.
