A southwest Wisconsin man has entered a plea of “No Contest” to charges of homicide by intoxicated use of a firearm in the shooting death of a woman in January. A report says 34-year old Timothy Sontic of rural Spring Green agreed to enter into a plea agreement in Iowa County District Court to the charges in the death of 35-year old Nicole Bliesner of Spring Green. In exchange, Sontic will face no more than 10-years in prison when he is sentenced October 25th. Following the incident on January 25 in the town of Wyoming, Sontic told authorities a gun he picked up off the floor discharged by accident and he didn’t mean to shoot Bliesner.
