Police have identified the woman killed in an industrial incident in Prairie Du Chien Tuesday morning. Police identified the victim as 57-year-old Trisha Jones of Harpers Ferry, Iowa. Jones died after an incident at the 3M plant in what police are calling an “industrial incident.” Prairie Du Chien Police Chief Kyle Teynor released a statement saying officers and an ambulance were called to 3M plant #50 on North Marquette Road shortly before 7am Tuesday. When officers and emergency medical teams got to the plant, they were brought to Jones, who suffered severe injuries. The Prairie du Chien Fire Department was called in to use extrication equipment. Jones was pronounced dead at the scene.
