Platteville City Manager Position Draws 19 Applicants

Nineteen people have applied to be Platteville’s next city manager. Applications were due February 12th, and Common Council members have already met once in closed session to consider the applications. Interim City Manager Nicola Maurer says that the council will meet again on Monday to continue to look over applications. The City Manager’s position became open when Adam Ruechel resigned to accept a position with Robert W. Baird & Co.
