A woman from Darlington was injured in a one vehicle crash Wednesday just after 5pm. Belmont Fire and Belmont EMS responded to Highway Double-X in Belmont Township where 22 year old Kaitlyn Johnson of Darlington lost control of her vehicle, went off the road, and struck a tree. Johnson was taken to a hospital for non-life–threatening injuries. Johnson’s vehicle had disabling damage and was towed from the scene. A deputy from the Lafayette County Sheriff’s Department assisted at the scene.
