Two Vehicle Crash In Grant County With No Injuries

Two vehicles collided on Business Highway 151 and County Highway XX outside of Platteville around 9:45am Thursday. No injuries were reported. According to the Grant County Sheriff’s department, 63 year old Charles Hendricks of Platteville was at the intersection of the north bound off ramp from Highway 151 waiting to turn west onto Business Highway 151. Hendricks looked, but did not see 54 year old Michelle Doan of Belmont, traveling east on Business Highway 151 toward County Highway XX. Hendricks pulled out in front of Doan while attempting to turn left onto Business Highway 151. Doan attempted to avoid a collision but was unable to stop in time to avoid colliding with Hendricks. Both vehicles were damaged and removed from the scene by SOS Towing of Platteville. Assisting the Grant County Sheriff’s Office at the scene were the Platteville Police Department, Platteville Fire Department, Southwest Health EMS, and the Wisconsin State Patrol.
