A man has pleaded guilty to several of the drug and weapons charges against him following an arrest earlier this year in Grant County. 42 year old Jeremy Koppen pleaded guilty in Grant County Circuit Court to charges of possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver, possession of narcotic drugs, maintaining a drug trafficking place, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and possession of a short-barreled shotgun. Koppen was arrested in June after Richland-Iowa-Grant Drug Task Force investigators executed a search warrant on a residence in Preston, located in Fennimore Township, and located methamphetamine, heroin, firearms and stolen property within the residence. Koppen’s sentencing hearing is set for January 19th.
