Attorney Melissa O’Rourke is employed by Iowa State Extension and Outreach as a Farm & Agribusiness Management Specialist. She is based at the Winnishiek County Extension Office in Decorah. Melissa was one of the speakers at the recent Dairy Goat Academy at Southwest Tech.
