Three men from Shullsburg were arrested Sunday night on drug charges. The Shullsburg Police Department received a suspicious activity complaint Sunday around 7pm. Deputies with the Lafayette County Sheriff’s Department responded to South Sidney Street in Shullsburg and assisted Shullsburg Police with the arrest of 30 year old Kristopher Leifker, 26 year old Douglas Champion, and 20 year old Jarad Heim, all of Shullsburg. They were arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine. Leifker, Champion and Heim were taken to the Lafayette County Jail in Darlington where they remain in custody.
