The Green Bay Packers have
wrapped-up another Tailgate Tour
for the year. While the tour was
in southern Wisconsin last week,
WGLR’s Doug Wagen talked with
a member of the Super Bowl XXXI
team, Defensive Tackle Santana Dotson.
Dotson the rest of those on the
Tailgate Tour had stopped in Monroe
to build a playground.
Dotson actually spent his last
season with the Washington Redskins,
but suffered an achilles tendon
injury that ended his career.
He did retire as a member of the
Green Bay Packers. Today, he
lives in Houston where he runs
his foundation, which does leadership
development for underpriveleged
children ages 5-to-17. He also has
a son who’s currently playing
outside linebacker in high school.
