The Mound City Bank has a new President.
The bank’s Board of Directors says
Donna Hoppenjan will become the new
Bank President on March 13th. She succeeds
Robert Just-Junior, who has been the bank’s
President and C E O since 1986. He has been
with the bank for 42-years. Just will remain
as C E O until his planned retirement on
June 28th. Hoppenjan will assume the role
of C E O at that time.
Hoppenjan has been with Mound City Bank for
35-years, and has served as Senior
Vice-President of Retail Services since 2001.
In addition to becoming Bank President,
Hoppenjan will be nominated in March to
serve on the bank’s Board of Directors,
replacing Dr. Richard Williams.
Dr. Williams has served on the bank’s
Board of Directors since 1981.
Hoppenjan will also serve as the President of
Mound City Financial Services, Incorporated,
the holding company of Mound City Bank.
Mound City Bank is an independent community
bank founded in 1915 in Platteville.
It has locations in Belmont, Cuba City,
Mineral Point and Mount Horeb, and has
over $260-million in assets.
