A man from Darlington has been charged for
the third time with drunk driving after a
one-vehicle crash early Saturday in the Town of
Argyle. Lafayette County authorities say
34-year-old Tony Gilbertson has also been cited
for failure to have control of his vehicle.
Gilbertson was reportedly driving west on
Highway-81 when he lost control of his vehicle
on a curve. The vehicle went into the ditch
and rolled over onto its’ roof.
Gilbertson was treated at the scene for minor
abrasions by the Argyle E M S. His car has
extensive damage and had to be towed
