Twenty-13 (2013) could be the year for the
proposed renovation and expansion work
to the Schreiner Memorial Library in Lancaster.
Lancaster City Administrator Stephen Crane
says recent donations have boosted the amount
that has been given by local residents for the
project.
Crane says the Schreiner Memorial Library
Board and its’ various fundraising committees
for the project, plan to kick-off a major capitol
compaign sometime next month.
The city’s $1,000,000 committment to the
project is in the capitol improvement budget for
next year, 2014.
