A woman from Muscoda is facing her

third charge of drunk driving after a

one-vehicle crash Saturday night in

northern Grant County.

Authorities say 34-year-old Donna Levins

is facing a felony charge, because there

were minors in the vehicle at the time

of the accident.

Levins was reportedly driving on

Old Highway-C east of Boscobel when

she lost control of her vehicle, causing

it to go off the road. Levins was taken

to Gundersen Boscobel Area Hospitals

and Clinics, where field sobriety tests

were administered. Authorities say

preliminary breath tests show her

blood alcohol concentration to be

over three-times the legal drinking

limit. In addition, because of her

previous drunk driving convictions,

Levins was driving with a revoked

license at the time of the crash.

Boscobel Police and Terry’s Tire and

Tow helped at the scene of the crash.
