The City of Lancaster has a new
Director of Public Works.
The Lancaster Common Council
has approved the appointment of
John Hauth to position. Hauth has
served as Lead Water Operator for
the city for the past several years,
and has worked for the city since
1992. Hauth will be paid $60,000
a year plus benefits, and will have
probationary status for six-months.
City Clerk Dave Kurihara says Hauth
will have employment reviews after
six-months and one-year.
Hauth succeeds Jerry Carroll, who
retired after 18-years as Public Works
Director for the City of Lancaster, and
30-years of working for the city.
