A woman from Platteville has

been charged with drunk driving

for the fourth time. Police in

Lancaster say 51-year-old

Lyrae Dahse was stopped by

an officer on Saturday,

while driving on West Maple Street

near Washington Street.

That’s after police got a

complaint about a bad driver.

The officer noticed the smell

of alcohol coming from the

vehicle. After field sobriety

tests, Dahse was arrested and

charged with drunk driving for

the fourth time, but also for

possession of marijuana,

for possession of drug

paraphernalia, and for having

open intoxicants in a vehicle.

Grant County authorities and

the Wisconsin State Patrol helped

with the arrest.
