Authorities Respond To Vehicle Fire in Lafayette County

The Platteville Fire Department responded to Highway 151 in Belmont Township for a vehicle fire Thursday night around 8pm. 29 year old Jonathan Blaser of Shullsburg was traveling south on Highway 151 when his truck caught on fire. Blaser’s truck had severe damage and was towed from the scene. No injuries were reported. UW Platteville Police, the Lafayette County Sheriff’s Office, the Grant County Sheriff’s Office, Platteville Police and Belmont Police assisted.
